On his coffee farm, he shifts his barista skills back to growing coffee. This coffee is one not to be missed. BARISTA CHAMPION - DIEGO CAMPOS
Diego is a young man from Colombia with a passion for coffee. For more than 13 years he has been a barista and grown coffee. Before the world championship in Milan, he locked himself away for 2 months. Behind closed doors, he came up with the best coffee recipe, in the WORLD! THE FARM - DIEGO CAMPOS
Diego’s cultivated El Diamante with his wife Derlin in Huila, Colombia. At an extreme altitude of 1950m high, they have a few hectares of coffee plants. Diego has a unique recipe for growing his coffee. He hand picks the berries, then ferments the coffee for 36 hours and then makes a combination of 24 hours washed and as much as 50 hours of natural processing. The recipe for a flavor explosion!
ROASTING - Luis Fernando
Our old friend Luis roasted the coffee in Bogota. For years he has been competing in the FairChain movement. Like Moyee, Luis works directly with farmers. He ensures the best quality and transparency. Together with Luis, he created a special medium brand profile for El Diamante.
Soft white chocolate with notes of fruit
